Like No Other was born when a plain, yet classic, vintage sweatshirt met a striking, bold font and when they met, we knew they were meant for each other.
Each vintage sweatshirt is individual in style, size and colour and has been reworked with a bold slogan so no two are ever the same.

OUR STORY
We wanted to create a great product without a big impact on the environment and while we were figuring out what that great product was going to be we discovered that a shocking 2,700 litres of water are used to produce just one cotton sweatshirt! This is enough water for one person to live on for almost a year and a half. This was a big moment for us. It got us thinking that instead of creating something new, we should try to reuse some of the mountains of unwanted clothes in existence and recreate something new from this.
So, we continued to ponder the simple sweatshirt and thought quite a lot about how everyone really loves them. They love the comfort and simple style of a great sweatshirt, there's just something about the way it makes you feel when you wear one...contented. And then we thought, instead of creating a new sweatshirt, maybe we should take a basic plain vintage sweatshirt, which is already a very much-loved item of clothing and give it a new lease of life. So we did and we liked it!
Our reworking process involves sourcing our sweatshirts in small batches, laundering in Ecover products, sizing and pressing. Then we decide on the right slogan and colour for the sweatshirt and each slogan gets cut and applied using a heat transfer process. The sweatshirts then get repressed and packaged and ready for shipping. And so Like No Other was born and we have produced some great vintage sweatshirts that are sustainable and completely individual.
